| 摘 要： | 工具书利用率低是高校图书馆普遍存在的问题。文章通过大量的问卷调查和对读者的走访,对读者的需求状态进行了总结并认识到对工具书信息开发推广的重要性,也从读者的角度对图书馆为提高工具书利用率而采取的各项措施给予评析和建议。

| Abstract: | The low utilization of reference books is the common problem faced by the university libraries. Through distributing questionnaire among the readers and paying visit to the users, the article makes a summary of the requirements of the readers, expounds the necessity of exploitation of reference books. Some suggestions and analysis have also been made to raise the utilization rate of reference books in this article. |
