| 摘 要： | 物业管理是我国近年来兴起的一种社会服务业，是房地产开发的自然延续，与人民的生活密切相关。作为社会服务业，其服务水平与企业最终目标的实现有直接联系。通过调查研究，我们针对物业管理现状进行了分析论述，并提出了解决问题的建议。

As a social service trade, the service level is directly interrelated with the realization of the ultimate aim in the entenprise. In this document, we will discuss the present situation of property management, and suggest how to solve these questions. |
