| 摘 要： | 体育生的教育和管理，是综合院校中学生教育管理的一个难点。加强和改善体育生教育管理，必须在分析、掌握其群体一般特征的基础上，加大感情、精力投入；要寓理于情、寓理于事；注重事前教育，防患于未然；强化自我教育，充分调动受教育的主观能动性。

| Abstract: | The teaching and management of the P.E. students is the difficult point in the university students' education and management. To improve and strengthen the P.E. students' education and management,it is necessary to analyze and know their general group characteristics and focus on the education beforehand and prevent trouble before it happens. Meanwhile,strengthening self-education and fully arousing the educators' subjective initiative,helping and conducting the students control their bad behavior,cultivating the noble moral character and good behavior are effective measures. |
