| 摘 要： | 本文从目前图书馆普遍存在的处罚制度中摘出3条对其不合理性进行分析,指出以人为本的人性化服务应该在公共图书馆日常工作的细节中体现出来,针对处罚条款损害读者合法权益的事例,提出了改进建议。
