消费者在线购物车放弃行为影响因素的实证研究

摘    要:网络购物的迅速发展,带来消费者在线购物车放弃行为的盛行.这一放弃行为,受到成本、商品、流程、服务、安全和经验等因素的影响,并据此提出研究假设与模型.实证研究表明,当网购成本、网购商品、网购流程、网购服务、网购安全与消费者心理预期越不相符时,当消费者网购经验越丰富时,消费者在线购物车放弃行为的可能性越大.
