| 摘 要： | Web2.0环境下的新兴网络信息传播模式,使得信息传播达到了前所未有的迅速性和多样性,同时,也给网络知识产权保护带来了新的课题.本文分析了博客、播客、维客、RSS信息聚合技术以及P2P文件共享技术等网络信息传播模式,及可能引发的知识产权侵权风险.
