| Abstract: | The space planning of new Hangzhou library construction is scientific and reasonable.The library is famous for its classic service concept and condition in libraries.This paper takes the new Hangzhou Library for an example and introduces the new concept and scientific development of public library.It also posts the developing trend of public library construction layout to supply society diversified and individualized service. |
