| 摘 要： | 大学扩建的热潮在全国又悄然兴起,高等院校扩建的根源是对高等教育科学发展内涵的错误定位。只有及时加以警醒,才能促使中国高等教育健康有序的发展。这就要求做到:完善发展模式,适度扩建,有度扩招,走可持续发展之路;坚持发展内涵为主,外延为辅,遵循教育规律;注重实用人才的培养,走有中国特色的教育发展之路。

| Abstract: | The tida of university dilatation is springing up in the country.The reason of affecting the university dilatation is the orientation on the view of the scientific development.Only if being awake it in time,will then the Chinese higher education be able to develop orderly and healthily.That reqires: the first to perfect development and go the continuable route;the seconds to insist and abide by the rule of education;and the third we pay attention to bring up the practical person and form the characteristic education of Chinese. |
