| 摘 要： | 企业化政府考虑了政府组织的运作过程、成本及管理方式,是政府改革的新理论范式之一.该理论是美国政府改革实践的一个有待改进的版本,我们必须建立在自身行政生态环境中来考查其利弊.通过分析企业化政府的特征,指出中国政府改革的现状,揭示了"企业化政府"理论时中国政府改革的启示.
