基于激励机制的高校管理队伍建设研究

摘    要:随着我国高校事业的发展,高校管理队伍原有建设模式已经暴露出众多的弊端,优化高校管理队伍建设模式已经成为打破高校发展瓶颈的重要环节。在本文中,根据高校管理人员的需要层次,设计了高校管理人员的激励机制模型,提出了加强高校管理队伍建设模式的四个有效切入点。

Abstract:With the development of domestic higher educational institutions, disadvantages of the management team building pattern have been revealed in higher educational institutions. Existing pattern of management team innovation must be improved to break the bottleneck in higher educational institution progress. The author analyzes the needs of management team and describes what is the incentive mechanism and the motivation theory, which provides a theoretical basis for the ways to strengthen the management team building in higher educational institutions.
