| 摘 要： | 科技对经济发展的贡献，主要表现为科技成果在经济领域的有效推广和应用．高等学校是我国基础研究和技术创新的重要源发地，担当着为经济发展和社会进步提供源动力的重任．然而，我国当前高校科技创新、科技成果转化和产业化的数量、质量、规模、速度和效率相对较低．结合高校科技成果产业化面临的问题，分析和研究促进高校科技成果产业化、提高科技成果转化率的一些措施．

| Abstract: | The contribution of science and technology is mainly manifested on its broad and effective application in the economic field.The high institutions are the main seedbed of the basic research and technological innovation,and shoulder the important task of providing impulsion for the economic development and social progress.But the S&T innovation,the transfer and industrialization of S&T achievements in China at present time are rather poor in number,quality,scale,speed and efficiency.It analyzes the problems in the industrialization of S&T achievements in high institutions and puts out some measures for promoting industrialization and enhancing the efficiency of the transfer of S&T achievements in high institutions. |
