髓系来源的免疫抑制性细胞免疫调节作用的研究进展

摘    要:髓系来源的免疫抑制性细胞(Myeloid-derived suppressor cells,MDSC)是一群异质性免疫细胞,在肿瘤发生发展、感染和炎症等疾病进程中扩增,能够明显抑制T细胞的免疫反应。MDSC在机体免疫调节中发挥了独特的作用。本文综述了MDSC的来源、功能和其作为潜在肿瘤免疫治疗靶点的意义。

Abstract:The myeloid--defived suppressor cell (MDSC) is a group of the heterogeneity immune ceils. MDSC which would be amplified in tumor development, infection and inflammation, could inhibit T cell immune response. It plays certain roles in human immune regula-tion. By participated the regulation of human major diseases, MDSC would be a potential and novel tumor immunotherapy targets. In this paper, we review the progress in the function, source and regulation of MDSC.
