| 摘 要： | 高职院校在实训基地的建设和管理中取得了不少经验,获得了一定的成绩,但仍旧存在着不少问题。如长期规划缺失,短期行为普遍;建设资金匮乏;管理方法不规范,制度不完善;师资队伍建设不到位等等。本文主要深入分析了高职院校在建设和管理实训基地过程中存在的一些问题,并提出一些解决建议以供探讨。

| Abstract: | With rich experience and achievements in construction and management of training base, high vocational colleges still face some problems unsolved like lacking long terms planning; insufficient construction funds; non-standard management methods and imperfect system; incomplete organization of teachers etc. This article mainly analyzed the problems existing in the process of constructing and managing training base in higher vocational colleges and tried to put forward some proposal of solution for further discussion. |
