| 摘 要： | 高职院校学生的职业素质问题,实际上是学生毕业后的就业问题、生存问题,是影响学生就业和未来发展的重要因素。高职院校校内实践教学基地教学资源丰富,不仅是实践教学基地,还是学生职业素质养成训练的基地。深圳职业技术学院在开展学生职业素质教育工作的探索与实践,为高职院校职业素质教育的开展提供了新的途径和操作经验。

| Abstract: | Professional quality of Higher vocational college students, in fact is the survival of the employment problem after graduation, it is also an important element influencing student＇s employment and future development . The teaching resources in practical teaching base in Shenzhen Polytechnic are rich , not only the practice teaching base, but also the students＂ occupation quality cultivation and training base, Which provide new methods and practical experiences for the development of Professional Quality Apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges. |
