| 摘 要： | 老年护理专业实训基地建设必须紧密对接养老事业,与企业行业、养老机构及医院深度融合,互为依托,形成养、护、医、教及产学研一体。岳阳职业技术学院积极寻求老年护理专业与养老事业的结合点,采取股份制、联盟制形式,创新政府主导、校企合作、养护一体、医教结合、产学研并举的老年护理实训基地建设新模式,形成基地共建、人才共育、老人共养、发展共赢的良好格局,以促进老年护理专业人才培养质量的提高。

| Abstract: | The construction of geriatric nursing practice base should be closely butt to endowment career, deeply combined with industry and enterprise, pension institutions and hospitals , rely on each other and form an combined institution of nursing, curing, teaching and production. YueYang Vocational and Technical College actively seeks the joint point of geriatric nursing profession and endowment career, applying the system of stock sharing, confederate form, the innovation of government dominant, the cooperation between colleges and maintenance, combing curing and caring, curing and teaching, constructing the new model of geriatric nursing practice base, forming a good pattern of base building, talent breeding ,old man caring and developing together, so as to promote the training quality of the aged care professional talent. |
