| 摘 要： | 随着信息化技术的不断发展,近年来,网络教育呈现出主体多元化、传统高校教育网络化、学习资源开放化、学习形式移动化等趋势。为了应对这些趋势,开放大学应该树立完全开放的理念,通过信息化建设再造符合网络特征的业务流程,并在此基础上发展包括B2B、C2C等各种类型的业务,同时推出自己的精品公开课和开放资源,快速树立开放大学的品牌。

| Abstract: | With the continuing development of information technology,online education recently presents the trends of the main body diversified,traditional university education networked,learning resources opened,and learning form mobile. In response to these trends,Jiangsu Open University should build up completely open idea first,then rebuild the business process conforming to the characteristics of network through information construction; and on the basis of which,develop various types of business including B2 B,C2C; at the same time,launch their own boutique open classes and open resources,and quickly set up the brand of Jiangsu Open University. |
