| 摘 要： | 通过对西方主要发达国家体育公共服务改革理论背景、时代背景和实践背景的概观式历史扫描,从全球化的视野、重视背景分析、追求创新、政府应主导体育公共服务的实施、大力培育体育社团、稳步推进"有限市场化"等10个方面,阐述对我国体育公共服务研究与体育公共服务实践的启示. |
