| 摘 要： | 自Halliday于1976年系统地提出衔接理论之后，语言学家们产生了极大的兴趣，但语篇语言学对此也一直存在着争论。本文通过探讨衔接和连贯的概念、功能以及两者的关系，旨在论述语篇中引入衔接和连贯概念是必要的，也是可行的。

| Abstract: | Halliday put forward the theory of cohesion in 1976 and hereafter it has attracted much attention of many linguists and also become a contentious topic in the field of textual linguistics.This paper mainly concerns about the concept and function of cohesion and coherence and their relations,with the purpose of stressing the importance and feasibility of the application of cohesion and coherence in texts. |
