| 摘 要： | 高校学生馆员职业素养的高低影响图书馆的服务质量和服务水平,而目前学生馆员职业素养缺失状况令人担忧。从学生馆员职业素养缺失的表现形式出发,分析学生馆员职业素养缺失的影响因子并提出了一些合理化建议。

| Abstract: | College student librarians＇ professionalism directly affects service quality and level of library.However,at present,student librarians＇ lack and absence of professionalism is very worrying.Starting from the current situation of professional quality of student librarians,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the absence of professional quality of student librarians,and puts forward some advice. |
