| 摘 要： | 英语谚语是英语教学过程中必不可少的一环,其独具特色的语言对于中、高级英语学习者来说具有很高的欣赏价值,也可以成为学习英语的绝好途径。英语谚语的欣赏和学习,可以从其表达手法、音步、韵式等方面进行,从诗歌欣赏的角度汲取语言营养。英语谚语的诗歌性分析,不仅有利于教师对于英语谚语的梳理分类,也有利于学生掌握常用谚语,提高写作、翻译能力,还可以以此为契机,进行英语诗歌的入门学习。

| Abstract: | English proverbs are an important part in the process of English teaching.The linguistic features of English proverbs appeal much to both medium and advanced English learners.Proverbs provide an excellent approach to the command of English.The appreciation and study of English proverbs could be accomplished in the aspects of their poetic characteristics——poetic techniques,feet,and rhymes.A thorough understanding of the poetic features of English proverbs is beneficial not only to teachers of English,but also English learners who are eager to improve their capability in writing and translation of English.It is also a good guide to the world of English poetry. |
