摘    要:洋葱是人们普遍喜爱的一种蔬菜,被誉为蔬菜中的保健食品。洋葱近年来倍受人们亲睐,市场发展迅速,研究表明洋葱富含蛋白质、维生素、碳水化合物、纤维素、磷、铁、微量元素等营养物质,对抗癌抑菌、降血糖、降血脂、抗血栓形成、预防骨质疏松等有很好疗效,既具有广泛开发和利用价值,又是大众保健的蔬菜佳品之一。

Abstract:Onion is extensively referred to as a health care product because of its popularity.In recent years,the onion market has developed rapidly. Research shows that onion, which contains protein, vitamins, carbohydrates, cellulose, phosphorus, iron, sulfur compounds,flavonoids and steroidal category, prostaglandin, trace elements and many other nutrients,has effective treatment against cancer,hypoglycemia, hypolipidemia, thrombosis and osteoporosis. Therefore, it has extensive development and use value.
