| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育的培养目标决定了其专业教师必须具备“双师”素质，而到企业实践是培养专业教师“双师”素质的重要途径。高职院校应积极采取各种有力措施，建立和完善专业教师到企业实践的运行机制，使专业教师到企业实践取得应有的成效。

| Abstract: | The cultivation object of higher vocational education determines that the specialized teachers should be qualified teachers with practical abilities . And practice in enterprises is the important approach to realize it. Higher vocational colleges should take the effective measures, build and perfect the running mechanism that specialized teachers take part in the practice in enterprises so as to achieve the proper effect. |
