摘    要:我们可用以下三步切实加强农村中小学教师培训工作的实效性:第一步,以人为本,让培训成为教师的内在需要;第二步,立足创新,使培训成为教师的充电之旅;第三步,制度保障,建立培训长效机制。

Abstract:Three steps can be adopted to strengthen the effectiveness of rural primary and secondary school teachers training: The first step is,guided by the people-oriented spirit,to make training become a teacher's inherent need;the second step is,based on the principle of innovation,to make training become teachers' charge tour;The third step is,reliant on the protection of system,to establish a long-term mechanism for training.
