| Abstract: | Based on the theory of pragmatic failure in pragmatics,this paper investigates different types of pragmatic failures that often occur in business interpretation,analyzes their causes and points out the negative effects they exert on cross-cultural communication. Through the analysis of examples,this paper aims at raising people's awareness of the phenomena of pragmatic failures. |
