高职院校教学质量提高的瓶颈与对策

摘    要:高职教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,它肩负培养生产、建设、管理、服务一线高技能应用型人才的使命。“双师型”教师的紧缺,实验、实习、实训条件的不足是制约其育人质量提高的瓶颈。更新教育理念,加速“双师型”教师培养和“双师”结构师资队伍建设,走校企深度融合、工学结合之路,求真务实,是高职院校突破瓶颈、提高育人质量的根本出路。

Abstract:Higher vocational education is an important part of China's higher education .It undertakes the mission to culture highly skilled personnel of production, construction, management and frontline services. The shortage of the double qualified teachers, experiment, exercitation, and practical training is the bottleneck restricting to improve the educational quality. We should update education concepts, enhance the double qualified teachers and the structure building of the teachers and take the road of schools and enterprises integration, combining work with study, truth-seeking.Only in this ways can the higher vocational institutes break through the bottleneck and improve the educational quality.
