基于神经网络的数控机床可靠性预计研究

摘    要:本文提出了利用人工神经网络来辅助实现数控机床的可靠性预计的方法,建立了用于数控机床可靠性预测的三层BP神经网络模型,给出了具体的算法,并通过实例证明该方法比传统的数学模型预计方法更准确和可靠。

Abstract:This paper proposed a method using of artificial neural networks to support the numerical control machine reliability prediction, it build the three layers BP neural networks model, and presentd its arithmetic in detail, and was proved that the predicted results using this way were much more precise and credible than the results gotten by the tradition prediction means.
