| 摘 要： | 现代远程教育是现代教育中一种新型的教育模式。它将会使教育的功能、师生关系、教学模式、教学组织形式、教学过程发生根本的改变；有力地促进学校运作、教与学模式的变革、教育资源的共享，以及终身学习社会的形成；进一步扩大高等教育的办学规模，促进高等教育的教育改革，为社会培养更多的急需人才。
