| Abstract: | Selected subscribing to scientific and technological periodicals is a problem of multiple objectives decision making.It is very important to determine weights for multiple objectives decision making.This paper proposes an optimal combination weights model of subscribing to periodicals in order to make full use of information supplied by many different weights methods.The result of this method is satisfactory. |
