| 摘 要： | 我国目前的法学教育进退维谷,一方面社会需要大批法律人才,另一方面,法学专业学生就业率最低。文章据此指出了我国法学教育存在的问题,提出了解决这些问题的对策。

On the one hand, the society needs lots of legal personnel and, on the other, legal graduates' employment rate is the lowest, therefore, the paper points out the problems in China's jurisprudent education and proposes some suggestions. |
