| 摘 要： | Web2.0的应用与发展为企业信息资源管理带来机遇与挑战.它赋予企业信息资源及其管理更丰富的内涵.基于集成的理念和人本思想,从企业战略、体制和业务层面,对Web2.0环境下企业信息资源管理体系的重构进行了探讨,指出Web2.0环境下企业信息资源管理的两个重要发展方向是基于Web2.0的企业知识管理和Web2.0的企业级应用--Enterprise 2.0.

| Abstract: | The application and development of Web2.0 brings opportunities and challenges for enterprise information resource management.Web2.0 endows enterprise information resource and its management with a richer connotation.Based on thought of integration and humanism,from three layers of enterprise strategy,system and operation.And we put forward that knowledge management based on Web2.0 and Enterprise 2.0 are two important development ways for enterprise information resource management Under Web2.0. |
