| 摘 要： | 《孙子兵法》隐含了"以人为本"的胜利哲学。孙子认为,人是赢得胜利的关键因素,从根本上破除了"道德制胜"与"占卜测胜"的哲学迷思。孙子"以人为本"的胜利哲学在战略、战术上有广泛深刻的实践。在战略层面,孙子强调"庙算"和"修道保法"。在战术层面,孙子推崇"出奇制胜"和"避实击虚"。此外,孙子"以人为本"胜利哲学在情报领域的应用格外鲜明,首次创立了"以人为本"的情报活动理念,远远超越了古代西方"以技为本"的情报活动理念。《孙子兵法》"以人为本"的胜利哲学对后世影响深远,有力地推动了中国古代兵学向谋略化的方向发展,在一定程度上却抑制了军事技术的进步。

| Abstract: | It implicates people-oriented philosophy of success in The Art of War.Sun Tzu thought that people were the key factor to win the victory.The victory philosophy had got rid of moral winning and divination measuring wins victory philosophy.Sun Tzu’s people-oriented philosophy of victory had wide application in strategy and tactics deeply.At the strategic level,Sun Tzu emphasized calculating in the temple and preserving orders and methods.At the tactical level,Sun Tzu respected surprise-made victory and avoiding the solid and striking the weak.In addition, it is obvious that Sun Tzu’s people-oriented philosophy was applied in the field of intelligence victory.For the first time Sun Tzu established the people-oriented concept of intelligence activities.Sun Tzu’s success philosophy of peo-ple-orientation promoted Chinese ancient war rapid development in the direction of strategy.But it had restrained the development and progress of military technology to a certain extent. |
