| 摘 要： | 与男大学生相比,女大学生更容易使用消极的心理防御机制来缓解压力,这与女大学生的性别心理和其所面临的特殊压力密切相关.心理防御机制会影响人的心理健康,应当通过各种途径培养女大学生使用积极的防御方式,促进人格的健全发展.
