| 摘 要： | 随着江苏经济的快速发展,能源供需矛盾越来越突出。西气东输、西电东送工程将缓解该地区的能源供需矛盾,要从根本上解决问题,仍需要通过港口输入大量能源、大幅度增加发电装机容量。从战略上考虑,很有必要在江苏沿海选择一个条件优越的港口城市,建立江苏能源输入和转运基地,如东县应是首选。如东洋口港可建设成为江苏省新型能源基地。

| Abstract: | The economy of Jiangsu Province is developing rapidly while the conflict of energy supply and demand becomes more and more glaring.Although the projects of "transporting the natural gas and electricity from West to East" will decrease the conflict to some extent,this problem can only be solved by importing large scale of energy and increasing generator capacity.Considering this in a strategic view,it is necessary to choose a suitable harbor city along the coastal line of Jiangsu Province and build it as a base for importing energy and its transshipment: Rudong County is the right place.Depending on Yangkou Port's natural location and economic development situation,Rudong can be built into a base for LNG receiving and transshipment,petrochemical industry,oil transshipment and storage,multi-service of oil and gas field development in South China Sea and Yellow Sea,LPG receiving and transshipment,coal receiving and transshipment and power supply center according to the experience of building other international harbors. |
