| 摘 要： | 教育信息化要求培养和提高教师的信息素养，培养出适合信息化教育需求的新型教师队伍，这就要求加快中小学教师继续教育的信息化。本文分析了继续教育信息化的内涵与目标，并从教育观念转变，培训方式整合，培训院校校园网络系统、信息资源库建设等方面，探讨了推动继续教育的信息化发展的策略。
