| 摘 要： | 实践证明,只有对武术套路运动员实施科学的训练方法,同时把专项身体素质训练纳入训练轨道,使武术套路训练具备更科学的、标准的评定系统,运动员才能更好地在比赛中取得优异的运动成绩。青少年武术套路运动员专项技术水平的提高和自身专项运动素质有着密切的联系,不断提高青少年武术运动员的训练水平对保持和发展我国武术套路运动的发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | It has proved that we should implement the method of science training and put the athletes of Specialized Qualities into the training with more scientific,standard evaluation system,athletes will have a better achievement in the match.The improve of specializes qualities level contract with their quality of movement.It has an important significance for teenage male Wushu routine athletes to maintain and develop the level of Wushu training in our country. |
