| 摘 要： | 南京国民政府建立后，张静江长期执掌中央建设委员会，将主要精力置于水利、电力、煤矿、交通、通讯等部门的规划与建设，为中国近代经济建设作了许多尝试，并颇有建树。他的一些建设思想与经营理念，如注重采用现代管理方式，利用民间资本，实行股份形式，引进国外技术，着力培训技术人才等等，均具有较多的现代性，值得后人重视和借鉴。

| Abstract: | After breaking off with Jiang Jieshi, Zhang Jingjiang concentrated his energy on economic development by making use of folk capital, exercising stock system, introducing foreign fund and cultivating people with technical skills He made many attempts for modern economic construction in China and made certain success. Unfortunately, owing to the civil war and the war against Japan, Zhang Jingjiang's economic construction was frustrated. |
