| 摘 要： | 随着信息资源数字化和信息传递网络化的迅速发展，信息资源共享突破了时空的限制，本文对发达国家图书情报网络的发展进行研究，在此基础上，提出我国图书情报网络信息服务的组织构架及运行机制；同时探讨了对图书情报网络信息服务的宏观管理。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the information resource's numeric and the information transmission's network. The share of the information resource breaks through the restriction of time and space. The article researches the development of information network of the developed countries' periodicals and on the basis of this, to advance the information frame and the operated mechanism of information network service of our country's periodicals. On the other hand, research the macroscopic management of information service of information network of periodicals. |
