| 摘 要： | 城镇化是我国建设小康社会的必然结果,而我国面临占全国绝大多数的农村人口压力,农村人口整体素质低下使城镇化建设步履维艰,因此,改善农村基础教育,开发农村人力资源,提高农民整体素质是建设社会主义新农村的当务之急。

| Abstract: | Urbanization is the inevitable result of building a moderately prosperous society.But our country is facing the problem that farmers occupy the most part of our population.What＇s more,the quality of farmers is generally lower,which slow down the pace of urbanization.Therefore,reforming rural basic education,developing rural human resources and improving farmers＇ quality are in urgent need in the socialist new countryside. |
