| 摘 要： | 进城务工人员的“家庭式流动”数量日益增多，对其城市适应性进行研究具有重要的社会意义。从对昆明市280户进城务工人员家庭的研究结果来看，进城务工人员家庭在经济、社会和心理三个层面的城市适应总体上还处于一个较低水平，存在着诸多制度性和非制度性的阻碍因素，需要从国家、城市、进城务工人员三方面入手，提高进城务工人员家庭的城市适应性水平。

| Abstract: | Due to an increasing number of ＂families on move＂ of Migrant workers, there is the social importance to study their city adaptation. The survey result from 280 migrant workers families shows that the adaptation of migrant workers to the city on the whole is still in a relatively low level in the economic, social and psychological dimensions, there are many institutional and non-Institutional obstacles. It is required that the state, cities, migrant workers, the three-pronged approach improve urban adaptation of migrant workers families. |
