| 摘 要： | 绿色环境战略日益成为社会各界共同关注的问题,如何将环境管理和企业战略管理进行整合,通过绿色创新提升企业的持续竞争优势是企业家和战略管理学者们未来研究的重大课题.基于资源理论和利益相关者理论,分析了企业与利益相关者之间构成的绿色价值网络;提出了绿色战略联盟与绿色创新关系的基本理论框架;阐述了绿色创新的构成要素和运作机制.
