| 摘 要： | 英国开放大学从筹建到发展成熟的经验，为我国开放大学的建设提供了有益的启示：一是基于开放办学理念，提高办学的灵活性；二是探索学分认证制度；三是本土化“课程组”教学设计和课程开发模式；四是学习支持服务系统的建设，探索建立终身学习“立交桥”；五是建立健全法规以保障广东开放大学的运作。
