| 摘 要： | 白马藏族是生活在岷江上游、具有独特民俗风情的族群,其传统文化面临消失的危险。白马藏族传统文化的保护与发展要遵循整体性保护原则、差异性发展原则和动态保护原则,在保护与发展过程中要充分尊重白马民众主体意愿。对白马藏族传统文化要加强调查、抢救、整理和研究工作,要积极推进白马文化传承工程,建设白马文化生态博物馆,开发生态、民族旅游资源,在发展旅游业中保护传统文化。

| Abstract: | Baima People live in the upper stream of Minjiang river, and is a group with an ancient and unique ethnic culture. Their culture is now facing the danger of disappearing. To protect and develop Baima ethnic group culture, it is important that we abide by the integrity principle, the difference principle, the dynamic protection principle. In the process of protection and development Baima peopleg idea should be strengthen investigation, rescue, collation, research about the ethnic culture, actively promote the cultural heritage project, build eco- museum, develop ecological tourism resources, and protect the ethnic culture in the development of the tourism industry. |
