| 摘 要： | 现代供应商库存管理(VMI)是一种供应链环境下的新的库存管理方式,它能够对改善整个供应链库存状况、降低系统库存总成本起到积极的作用。针对现实中现代供应商库存管理的特点以及科技型企业在库存管理中存在的问题,提出了运用灰色聚类分析方法对科技型企业库存产品进行分类的管理思想,并对分类结果进行了灰度测定。其研究结果将有利于科技型企业在实施供应商库存管理中做出正确的分析和决策。

| Abstract: | VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) is a new method of inventory management under the environment of supply chain, which could make a positive contribution to improve the inventory situation of whole supply chain and reduce the gross cost of systematic inventory. Based on the characteristics of VMI and the problems that encountered in inventory management practice, the paper creatively offers the managerial idea that technological enterprises should classify the inventory by means of gray clustering analytical method, and menstruate the gray degree of the classifying result. The analytical result could make a great contribution for scientific and technological enterprises to make appropriate analyses and determinations when they pursue VMI. |
