| 摘 要： | 政府创新是为确保社会资源能够得到最优化配置，确保国家资本能够更好地用于改善人民的生活而进行的政府行政模式的探索。执政者、政府官员、人民群众的需要和社会生态环境的变化以及国际环境的压力所形成的合力，构成政府创新的动力系统，推动我国政府创新。

| Abstract: | Government innovation is the exploration on the administrative mode of the government,to ensure most rational distribution of social resources and the using of national capital to improve people's lives.This article points out that the resultant of forces of the needs of the persons in power,government officials,and the people,the changes of social ecological environment,and pressure from international environment,forms the dynamical motivation system of government innovation to promote the development of our government. |
