| 摘 要： | 选择了教师,就选择了做教师的责任;选择了"以身作则"、"为人师表",也就选择了以高尚的行为示范于学生,以优雅的志趣感染学生。"十年树木,百年树人",教师的劳动产品是人,教师所从事是教育人、塑造人的职业,因此教师的劳动是一种长期的、细致的、多方面的艰苦的劳动,这就决定了教师必须要有高度的责任心。爱心是一切道德之源。有了爱心,人才会变得善良、宽容、不自私……,世间才会充满真、善、美。

| Abstract: | The choice to be a teacher means the choice of your responsibility. You have to make yourself an example, demonstrating your lofty behavior and graceful interest to influence your students. A tea cher has to educate and shape his students, which requires careful, hard and complicated work that needs a good sense of responsibility from a teacher. All morality originates from affection that makes people to become kind, forgiving and selfless. |
