| 摘 要： | 运用CiteSpace软件对2010-2020年中国知网CSSCI数据库中收录的495篇高校毕业生就业研究的期刊论文进行可视化分析。研究结果表明,我国在高校毕业生就业研究领域已形成一批相对稳定的研究学者和研究机构,研究内容主要集中在高校毕业生就业的影响因素、现存问题、就业质量的评价、就业政策等方面,但研究成果比较分散,没有形成系统的分析框架。未来研究可能将仍以就业质量为核心展开深入分析,加强研究者以及研究机构之间的合作、构建系统的分析框架、采取理论与实践相结合的研究方法、关注就业政策长效机制的建设已经成为推动高校毕业生就业研究重点。

| Abstract: | CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze 495 journal articles on employment research of college graduates collected in the CSSCI database from 2010 to 2020.The research results show that in the employment of university graduates in China research has formed a number of relatively stable research scholars and research institutions,the research content mainly concentrated in the influencing factors and existing problems of the employment of university graduates,employment quality evaluation and employment policy,etc.,but research is more dispersed,not form a analysis framework of the system.Future studies may still focus on the quality of employment to carry out in-depth analysis.To strengthen the cooperation between researchers and research institutions,to build a systematic analytical framework,to adopt a research method combining theory with practice,and to pay attention to the construction of the long-term mechanism of employment policy have become the issues that should be promoted to promote the employment of college graduates. |
