| Abstract: | Employment is pivotal to people’s well-being.In recent years,the employment situation of college students is getting more and more severe,which has become a key issue of concern to all sectors of society.Based on the survey data of 2020 undergraduates from the College of Biochemical Engineering of Beijing Union University,this article explores the relationship between environmental support,job-seeking behavior,and job-seeking results.The research results found that environmental support and job-seeking behavior have a significant positive impact on job-seeking results,and job-seeking behavior has a mediating effect between environmental support and job-seeking results.According to the research results,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from individuals,schools and the government are put forward to help college students get better employment. |
