摘    要:《劳动合同法》实施以来,新的规定对企业现行的人力资源管理办法、劳动关系及用工策略等提出了挑战。如何运用新的法律规定签订一份能规避法律风险、减少用工成本和解雇成本的合同,是摆在用人单位面前的新课题。本文就如何完善试用期间的录用条件,最大限度地减少用人单位解除劳动合同的成本问题,围绕招聘工作的录用条件、合同的审查、订立、解除、离职管理进行了探讨。

Abstract:Since the implementation of "Employment Contract Law",the new provisions have challenged the current human resource management practices,labor relations and employing strategies of enterprises.How to use the new law to sign a contract which can avoid legal risks,reduce the cost of employment and dismissal is a new topic placed in front of the employer.This article is on how to improve the recruitment conditions during the trial period,to minimize the cost of the employing unit in a few aspects.
