| 摘 要： | 新时代下,随着互联网技术的广泛应用,网络被赋予政治功能和价值属性,日渐成为传播思想文化的前沿阵地。我国思想政治教育为了顺应时代发展的潮流,不再囿于思想政治教育的传统模式,逐渐在互联网上深入开展高校思想政治教育工作,网络思想政治教育应运而生。借助于这一新兴载体进行思想政治教育有一定的优势,但同时在当今社会国内外意识形态斗争渐趋激烈的复杂情况下,又面临一系列挑战。在这一背景下掌握了网络的主动权,也就意味着掌握了意识形态的主动权和话语权。因此,先需明了网络思想政治教育话语权内涵、在提升网络思想政治教育话语权方面遇到的问题及成因、如何建构自身的话语权等一系列问题,才能在网络环境下积极发挥思想政治教育的优势,才能有力地回应西方意识形态的挑战,从而牢牢掌握意识形态的主动权和话语权。

| Abstract: | In the new era,with the advancement and mass use of Internet technology,the network has been endowed with political functions and value attributes,and has increasingly become the frontier of disseminating ideology and culture. In order to conform to the trend of the times,ideological and political education in our country is no longer confined to the traditional mode of ideological and political education,and is gradually carried out in colleges and universities on the internet. Network ideological and political education emerges as the times requires.With the help of this new carrier,ideological and political education has certain advantages,but at the same time,it faces a series of challenges in the complex situation of the increasingly fierce ideological struggle at home and abroad. In this context,it means that we have the initiative of the network,and also the initiative and discourse power of ideology. Therefore,it is necessary to study the connotation of the discourse right of ideological and political education on the internet,the problems encountered in improving the discourse right of ideological and political education on the Internet and the causes,and how to construct the discourse right of oneself,so as to give full play to the advantages of ideological and political education under the network environment and effectively respond to the challenges of western ideology. Thus,we can firmly grasp the initiative and discourse power of ideology. |
