| Abstract: | Educational innovation is a radical requests for an institute of nationalities to enhance its strength, to advance its level and to develop itself beyond normal routine. The educational innovation for institutes of nationalities includes educational theories, educational practices and educational principles, etc. It can only be obtained by strengthening leadership, stipulating strategies, increasing inputs and building up its abilities to innovate. |
